The Human Capital Resource Center (HCRC) provides professional learning opportunities and resources to assist education leaders to make decisions about finding, supporting, and elevating people working in districts and schools. Our free trainings are designed to help educators develop human capital expertise and gain deeper understanding of the national human capital standards and the alignment with Ohio’s policies and practices.​
