Dive into a variety of engagement and retention topics to take you from onboarding through the employee career continuum. Gather in person with other HC leaders to learn together and practice new skills for:

  • Unpacking the drivers of engagement, including effective onboarding, mentoring, and minding each step of the educator journey

  • Unlocking the power of Total Rewards

  • Strategizing for work-life integration

  • Prioritizing action steps with an impact-effort matrix

Virtual Networking Sessions

Upcoming opportunity to learn about actionable strategies for immediate change in educational organizations AND connect with colleagues across the state who are facing similar challenges:

  • Learning About Licensure (12/12/2024, 9–10 a.m.)

    In this virtual networking session, hear from special guests from the Ohio State Board of Education's Office of Educator Licensure and Effectiveness. Director Yenetta Harper and Associate Director James Wightman will answer frequently asked questions about licensure. You'll also have the chance to connect with others across the state who are seeking solutions to human capital issues that can be answered by the board.
