Online Learning
Through the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce's LMS, educators have access to free courses and professional development opportunities, available anytime and anywhere. This page features online learning modules available to any educator with:
An active Ohio PreK–12 license or permit OR
Anyone who has submitted an application for a State of Ohio education credential
Educators interested in taking any human capital online course can find additional information about the Learning Management System and other courses on the Department’s LMS page.

Accessing the Department’s Learning Management System
To use the LMS, you must have fully set up your OH|ID account. If the learning management system application is not an available application in your OH|ID account and you have an active license or have submitted your application for a license, please be sure you have completed the steps to fully connect your account to all education applications.

This learning series equips principals and district hiring managers with foundational knowledge and practical strategies to enhance human capital practices by providing resources, reflection, and action planning to propel meaningful change.
