The priorities of the Maricopa County School Superintendent are to strengthen teacher voice, increase respect for the education profession, and create resources that expand the capacity of teachers, administrators, and support staff. Maricopa County Regional School District is actively working on improving engagement and began implementing stay interviews in 2018. They have webpage with guidance on stay interviews including a process map, sample questions, and resources on conducting stay interviews.
