Licensure Code of Professional Conduct

This code provides the framework for conduct for all licensed Ohio educators, such as teachers, principals, superintendents, and other people serving schools (e.g., school nurses, coaches, and counselors).


Model Code of Ethics for Educators (MCEE)

This code establishes principles for ethical best practice, mindfulness,
self-reflection and decision-making in P-12 education.


The Educator Discipline Process
